- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided.
Note: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made jewelry, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for clarification.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on proceeding.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including the RAN, and ship it to the address provided.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the wrong item shipped or a defective product).
3. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days (e.g., 5-7 business days).
4. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
